Last night Wes and I went to his grandpa's grave and great grandparents. It was so neat to see the man that Wes is named after. His tombstone is a big rock with the words Knudsen carved across it.
Today we will go and visit my Aunt Jolene's grave. She passed away last year from cancer. She was such a great woman and a good example to all of those around her. We will also go and see my Step Grandma's grave. She passed away this year on Valentine's Day due to kidney failure. I miss having her around to say "Bless ya" and eating her homemade rolls. She was a wonderful lady and I will always remember her kindness and service to others.
I'm also grateful for all the men and women that have died while serving our country and for Wesley's brother Adam. Who is out serving in Afghanistan right now. We have so many people to be grateful for today. Thanks.
