About a week after we moved here our ward was having a Family Fair night. We decided to go and were not disappointed.
They had pony rides

We had to watch lots of kids ride the pony first and then we wanted to try it out too.
We also got to ride around the block in a fire truck! It was pretty noisy when the sirens went off. But Sophie LOVED it and so did we.
What a fun ward party huh? They also rented a dunk tank, popcorn machine, cotton candy machine and a snow cone maker. All free of charge, of course. It was a great evening out together as a family.

That sounds like so much fun! That is a great idea for a ward party!
I can't believe your ward did all that for just a ward activity. Can you imagine what the city celebration will be like next year at your neighbor THE PARK?
Sophie looks so BIG on the horse. How brave she is to try all those new things. We love you guys so much.
How fun for you three!! What a charming little life you are getting to have down there. Parks across the street, fire truck rides, ponies, baby brother on his way...it doesn't get any better :)
What a fun place to live and grow. I love the blessings the church bring in our lives.
Small towns always have the best parties.
