A year ago today I met the sweetest little boy. It was wonderful having a Son for Christmas. 
I've loved watching you grow and learn. Times were rough for a while but you were happy and loving while we figured things out. You've taught be that being a mother is the most important job I will ever do. You've taught me to have faith and be happy amidst our struggles and trials. You've taught me to be patient with myself, others, and the Lord.
I am so grateful for the lessons you have taught me this past year and for the blessing you have been in my life. I am so grateful to be your Mother.
