Every week after Oliver wakes up from his nap we go on an adventure. We bought a pass to Thanksgiving point a few months ago and love heading over there in the afternoons. Oliver was so happy on one particular day I just couldn't stop snapping pictures. :)
Sophie insisted upon wearing her dress up and even accessorized with the headband. All by herself. :)
While coming home from Grandma Jewel's one night Sophie fell asleep in the car. I was going to snap a picture when to my surprise she woke up and looked right at me. Thankfully she fell back to sleep.
I've been going running in the mornings with the kids. We bought a awesome jogging stroller a while back. After my run I left the kids downstairs while I went up and showered. I took my time and thought, "Wow! The kids are being really good!" Little did I know they had found some chips and scattered them all over the living room floor! That's what happens when mommy gets ready and leaves the two kids alone with the pantry door open. ;)

I'm so glad you posted these pictures. . . . makes for some great summer memories. My favorite is the cracker crumble, priceless.
The price moms pay for a minute of quiet, eh? CUTE pictures! If you hang out at Thanksgiving Point often, we need to meet up with you sometime--we're not far and I've not been in at least a decade.
