It finally came. I was so excited to get that paper in my box telling me I had a package. When they brought it out to me I was grinning from ear to ear. I'm glad we stopped at the mail room after running errands because it was very heavy and it would have been a long walk home. I know you are all dying to see pictures so here they are. :)
Here's a before picture of the sewing machine I was using before. This sewing machine was actually a wedding gift when my mom got married. When she got her new sewing machine she let me use this one. (Thanks so much mom for letting me use this machine and for teaching me to sew.)
Now that you've seen what I've been using for the past few years. Here is my new sewing machine.

It also has a variety of stitches and a handy card that I can refer to.
I LOVE the fact that the bobbin case is see through. I can't tell you how many times I've run out of bobbin in the middle of sewing. Not any more!
Doesn't it just look so nice sitting on the desk? :) It also came with a dust cover for when I'm not using it. Oh and there is a secret compartment for all the extra feet and such. Neat huh?
So, there you have it. My new sewing machine. I can't wait to get started on all the projects I have. Now if only I could get rid of this horrible cough and head cold. *sigh*
