Here is a quick review of what happened in the year 2010.

January- Played in the snow, read stories, got my etsy shop ready to be featured on My Giveaway Today, was finally able to do pigtails with Sophie's hair and tried to stay warm in our freezing apartment. Started a sewing group with some friends to make a quiet book, got sick.

February- Had my shop featured on My Giveaway Today, bought a new sewing machine with the money from my etsy shop, sewed like crazy! Grandpa Great passed away, went up north for the funeral, still sick.

March- Wes turned 26, still really sick, played dress ups, went to St. George and Zion's for Spring Break with our friends the Nusbaums, went swimming.

April- Threw a baby shower for 3 girls all having boys, Watched Conference, had easter egg hunts, had my one year anniversary of opening my etsy shop, converted Sophie's crib to a toddler bed, had a horrible week. Sophie got a rash on her face, worried it was an allergic reaction found out it was from the carpet, Wanted to put it back as a crib but couldn't find the hardware. Left it as it was. Took Sophie's paci's away, went well until she found them, Sophie learned how to drink from a straw. Started appling for the nursing program.

May- Applied for the LPN program, celebrated our 4 year anniversary, got to spend 3 days just the two of us, Jessica turned 23, found out Wes got accepted into the nursing program in Richfield. Drove to Richfield to find a place to live. Got discouraged. Came back home.

June- Bought Sophie a blow up pool, went swimming TONS! Sophie learned how to do a somersault, Sophie turned Two, went to the zoo for the first time, had lots of parties with family, told everyone that Sophie was going to be a Big Sister. Found a place to live in Richfield. Started packing.
July- Packed up everything, got really tired and overwhelmed, had a blast at the Walters' family reunion, got stranded at the gas station. Had some stranger help us get our car fixed, feel so blessed. Found out we are going to have a BOY!!! Moved to Richfield.

August- Tried to unpack and get settled in our new place, like living in a house, had no hot water for a whole week, got frustrated with our landlord, set off fireworks Sophie loved it! Played at the park everyday, went to the ward party, Sophie rode on the firetruck and a pony for the first time, decided to start potty training Sophie, Wes started Nursing School, drove up to Fish Lake.

September- Had visitors, went fishing in Poppy's boat, played at the park, Sophie at roasted marshmallows and powdered donuts for the first time, went up the canyon lots, starting to sew Christmas presents, saw a play at the park, found out it's the ATV jamboree, heard 4wheelers all week long, planted some grass seed. Still potty training.

October- Went to General Conference at Temple Square, had a Pinkalicious party, picked out Pum-pums, took new family pictures, bought a portable dishwasher, got sick with the flu, went to a Cattle Run, Wes was in the newspaper, went fishing, bought Sophie a bike with her money, went trick or treating and LOVED it! disappointed Halloween was over. Still potty training.

November- Practiced riding our bike, decided to name the baby Oliver, bought diapers and put up the crib, sewed like crazy, got my earrings in a boutique in Australia, baked Yams for the first time, went to Temple Square to see the twinkle lights. Still potty training.
December- Hiked in the mountains to find a Christmas tree, gave Sophie her first haircut, had our cellar flood, made a tree skirt, finished an Advent Calender, went to the light parade on main street, stressed over finals, finished the semester, went on a date just Wes and I, welcomed our son into the world, spent Christmas at home, had family visit, Sophie had a accident, had to get 9 stitches, Sophie got sick. Adjusting to life just the 4 of us.
There you have it. Our year in review. It's amazing to see how much our life has changed in just one year. We've learned so much this past year and look forward to what the new year will bring.

Wow. . . what a wonderful year with all it's UPS and DOWNS. Life is truly an adventure that we take one day at a time. Love the reminders that you are loved and that Heavenly Father knows your heart.
Thanks for letting us be a part of 2010. We are so looking forward to many memories in 2011. Love you guys!
