is fun and challenging at the moment. Just when things settle down something else happens. All of us are sick over here with colds and I have a eye infection. Lovely right? I am really trying hard to focus on what brings me happiness and joy. Having Oliver has brought a new perspective into my life. Being a mother is what I need to be. Taking care of these two is what is most important in my life right now.

Crazy hair day! While Sophie had her stitches we couldn't get them wet at all. We hadn't washed her hair for an entire week. She sported some pretty sweet hairstyles.
Oliver HATES getting his pictures taken. I've been trying to get some good ones of him while he's sleeping but right when I put him down he starts crying. Every time. Oh well. I think the crying pictures are pretty cute too. Don't you agree?

I love the REAL LIFE pictures of family. It really is a lot of work to be a mom and dad. You guys are doing GREAT. The smiles and the tears are what we all hold onto.
