Getting ready for Baby

It's hard to believe in a little over a month we will be a family of 5. This pregnancy has flown by! With Wes starting a new job, buying our first home and Sophie starting Kindergarten we have stayed really busy these past few months. But my mind keeps coming back to this sweet little one that will join our family next year.
Wes and I decided to not find out the gender of the baby this time. I've surprised myself by waiting. When we went to the ultrasound a while back I wasn't sure how they would do it. They told us to keep our eyes closed and they would tell us when we could look. While this experience was so different from my other kids ultrasounds it's kind of fun not knowing. They did give us a copy to watch later but told us there might be something on there we didn't want to see. So, I've hidden it somewhere. Unwatched.
Since going through clothes I really don't have much that I kept. I tried my hand at sewing some gender neutral pants that the baby could wear for the first few months.
It's fun to see people's reactions when they find out we don't know the gender. I can't tell who is more excited for this little one to come. Us or our friends and family.
